Meetings:
The Avondale Run Homeowners Association Board Meetings are held at 7:00 pm at the:
Seventh-Day Adventist Church basement
320 Crest Lane
Westminster, MD 21157
Meetings are held on the second Monday of January, April, July, and November.
Board Meetings are open to all homeowners. We welcome your attendance, participation, and input, and encourage you to share your ideas and suggestions.
The Annual Meeting of the Avondale Run Homeowners Association and the Election of the Board of Directors, if needed, is held on the second Monday in January. An Election Ballot, when needed, is sent out to all homeowners along with the assessment letter at the end of November. Members of the Board of Directors are elected to three-year terms. The terms are staggered so that only two or three members are elected each year. All homeowners are invited to attend the Annual Meeting.
