Townhouse Parking
The Avondale Run Homeowners Association owns the townhouse parking lots and all parking spaces, not the individual townhouse owners. No individual is permitted to paint anything on any parking space or the curb.
The Homeowners Association has assigned one (1), numbered parking space for each townhouse. Do not park in any assigned, numbered parking space other than your own. Please inform guests not to park in any numbered parking space. Any parking space without a number is available for anyone who wishes to park there on a “first come” basis. Do not park next to any yellow painted curb. If the townhouse is a rental unit, it is the responsibility of the townhouse owner to make sure their tenants are aware of and follow these rules.
No buses, trailers, boats, tow trucks, roll backs or recreational vehicles can be parked in the parking lot, on the Common Areas, or on a public street adjacent to any portion of the Common Areas. All vehicles must have current license plates and be in operating condition.

Find your townhouse on the map, the lot number of your townhouse is listed next to the parking space assigned to your townhouse.
