HOA Regulations
The Avondale Run Homeowners Association is governed by the Covenants, By-Laws, Use Restrictions and any Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board of Directors. Homeowners have been provided copies of the Covenants, By-Laws, Use Restrictions and Rules and Regulations and their addendums at the time of settlement. If you are a homeowner and would like an additional copy of any of these documents please feel free to contact us. You can also access these forms in the “Downloads” section of the left sidebar on many pages of this website.
HOA Complaint Forms
A form has been provided to officially file a complaint. This form is available as both a MS Word document, and for those who do not have access to MS Word, in a PDF format as well. Both forms are available for download to the right.
Complete the desired form and send it to the address indicated on the form or email it to the Board.
