Architectural Guidelines
Most changes made to the outside of your home need prior architectural approval. The Board of Directors has (60) sixty days to approve or disapprove architectural requests. You must submit your architectural request at least (60) sixty days before the start of your project.
A set of Architectural Guidelines are available for both the single family homes and for the townhomes. These documents are available to review below.
A form has been provided to request architectural approval. This form is available as both a MS Word document, and for those who do not have access to MS Word, in a PDF format as well.
Complete two (2) copies of the desired form (one (1) for the HOA files and one (1) to be signed and returned to the homeowner) and send them to the postal address indicated on the form, or email it to the Board.
